We’re a small team and we pack every order with care. Here’s what to expect after you place an order.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping cost
Free U.S. shipping on every order (no minimum).
Processing time (before your order ships)
Most orders process in 2–3 business days. Processing time is the time it takes us to prepare, pack, and hand off your order to the carrier.
Carrier
We ship with USPS using ground shipping.
Estimated delivery time (most U.S. orders)
Most orders arrive in about 4–8 business days total (processing + shipping). After your order ships, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier delays.
Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show updates after the label is created.
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change your address, email us at info@elcohouse.com within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, your order may already be processing and we may not be able to make changes.
Returned to sender / undeliverable packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was undeliverable, we can reship it for a $10.00 reshipping fee, or provide store credit (if applicable).
If tracking says “Delivered” but you can’t find your package
First, please wait 24–48 hours—sometimes packages are marked delivered a little early and show up the next day. If it’s still missing after that, email us at info@elcohouse.com with your order number and we’ll help you look into it. We may ask you to check around your delivery area (and with neighbors/building staff) while we help. Please note: once a package is marked delivered, we typically can’t replace or refund it, so we recommend using a secure delivery address.
Lost in transit
If your tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period and your package is not marked Delivered, email us at info@elcohouse.com with your order number and we’ll help look into it.
